So there are these two pieces of evidence that gives away the fact that I could be doing better with my workout regiment, they would be called my love handles. So as I look at the calender and the days keep dwindling away, I realize that it is time to take a stand and start moving like the wind. Which leads me to my topic of this blog. My future 5k.
Jingle Bell Run
Where: Milwaukee, WI at the Milwaukee County Zoo! :)
When: Sunday Nov. 7th- at the crack of dawn in the morning. aka before 8 a.m.
Who: Molly, one of my close friends, will be attending this run with me. Molly, though, has been been around the 5k block a few times.. so we will see how this will actually go.
Goal: not die.
Lets see how this goes.
